The Walt Disney Company y la Fundación Solidaridad Carrefour han entregado este domingo más de 1.200.000 euros a la Federación Española de Asociaciones de Espina Bífida e Hidrocefalia (FEBHI), con el objetivo de favorecer la integración social de cerca de 2.500 niños con Espina Bífida e Hidrocefalia.
El acto, que se ha celebrado en el Auditorio del Centro Deportivo y Cultural de la ONCE de Madrid, ha contado con la asistencia de la presidenta de la Federación Española de Asociaciones de Espina Bífida e Hidrocefalia (FEBHI), Carmen Gil; el presidente de Carrefour, Rafael Arias-Salgado; su director general, Noël Prioux, y el Vice President & General Manager Retail & Direct to Consumer The Walt Disney Company, Javier Martínez.
Tras las entrega de los fondos, se ha representado la versión musical de 'El Sueño de una Noche de Verano', de William Shakespeare.
Este donativo se enmarca en la iniciativa 'Un Libro por un Sueño', un proyecto impulsado por ambas entidades destinado a favorecer la integración social de la infancia con Espina Bífida. En este sentido, se editó una colección exclusiva formada por 30 títulos Disneym disponible en los hipermercados Carrefour y supermercados Carrefour Market y Express de toda España.
